The Sloss Center offers informal, low-barrier opportunities for students to connect, spend time in the space, and participate in light programming throughout the academic year. Events are typically drop-in and designed to provide a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Examples include:

  • Sloss Paper Scissors (SPS) – a casual, come-and-go crafting and creative space, held most Fridays from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. during the academic year
  • Open houses and welcome-back gatherings
  • Resource-focused events and information sessions
  • Family-friendly opportunities for parenting students

Activities are open to all students.
